At Miraat, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
- ✔ You received a damaged product
- ✔ You received the wrong item
- ✔ Your order is incomplete or missing items
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Product must be unused and unopened
- Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear images or video proof must be provided
Refund Process
Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, your refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process
- Approved replacements will be shipped free of cost
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened skincare or cosmetic products
- Used items
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
- Change of mind after order confirmation
